You'll also be sure to avoid the crowds at the usual tourist mosh-pits\, see some hidden spots that only locals like us know ab out\, and create some unforgettable memories (and photos!).\n\nWe’ll sta rt your tour in downtown San Francisco\, near Embarcadero\, when we take t he cable-car to the top of Nob Hill. It's where the railroad millionaires of the nineteenth century built their magnificent mansions\, because of th e central location and fantastic views. From there we take the cable-car d own to City Hall (or\, on the weekend\, the Cable Car Museum). After going inside this huge historic building\, we can walk over to nearby Hayes Val ley\, which is a great place to get a morning coffee.\n\nAfter that we hea d to the Castro\, a hugely important symbol in the LGBTQ+ movement and a f ascinating and fun neighborhood\, which you'll learn all about. We finish your Half-Day SF City Highlights tour in Haight-Ashbury\, which is forever associated with the Hippie and anti-Vietnam War movements. By this time y ou'll be hungry and you're in a great place to get lunch (unfortunately ma gic mushrooms are no longer allowed on the menu).\n\nOur tours can sell ou t.
